who‘ke andca shavelingsmuṇḍakā fake asceticssamaṇakā primitivesibbhā blackkaṇhā spawn from the feet of our kinsmanbandhupādāpaccā, whoke andca of the teachingdhammassa understandersaññātāro’ti?
inspiredAjanesi indeedvata meme the worthybhavaṁ Gotamagotamo in asceticssamaṇesu fondness for asceticssamaṇapemaṁ, in asceticssamaṇesu confidence in asceticssamaṇapasādaṁ, in asceticssamaṇesu respect for asceticssamaṇagāravaṁ.

lay followerupāsakaṁ memaṁ worthybhavaṁ Gotamagotamo may he rememberdhāretu from this day forthajjatagge for lifepāṇupetaṁ refugesaraṇaṁ has gonegatan”ti.
