standingTiṭṭhaṁ walkingcaraṁ sittingnisinno orva,
lying downSayāno while yet unwearyyāvatāssa unwearyvitamiddho;
thisEtaṁ mindfulnesssatiṁ should keepadhiṭṭheyya,
divine + thisBrahmametaṁ they say, is a meditation in this lifevihāramidhamāhu.
